Aric Kram is the President and co-owner of Kram & Associates, PC (K & A) in Mineral Wells, TX. His well diversified past experience and education allows him to be able to handle most tax and accounting issues that affect individuals and businesses today.
Prior to founding K & A, Aric was a tax manager for a national property and casualty insurance company. While there, he was responsible for overseeing all tax compliance filings which composed of more than 200 state and federal tax returns. He was the contact person for various state regulatory audits.
Aric also worked for a local Fort Worth / Weatherford based CPA firm where he gained valuable experience in handling small business accounting / tax compliance needs. He worked with the business owners to resolve employment tax audit issues, set up accounting systems and handled all their tax and payroll compliance requirements. Aric was also a part of the financial services group of an international public accounting firm. This allowed Aric to gain valuable experience and contacts in a variety of areas including oil & gas, insurance, high net worth individuals, and investment partnerships.
Aric holds a Master’s in Taxation and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. Aric is a Certified Public Accountant and is also a member of the Texas Society of CPA’s.
Aric & his wife Mindy are the proud parents of their two daughters, Katie and Rachel.
Mindy Kram is the Vice President and co-owner of Kram & Associates, PC (K & A) in Mineral Wells, TX. Prior to founding K & A, Mindy was the Accountant / Office Manager for a multi-state surgical equipment distributor. There she was responsible for all accounting functions, payroll, monthly reporting to the parent company and month end closings.
Mindy was also a tax accountant for two local Fort Worth public accounting firms. There she gained experience in working with individuals and small business owners in meeting their accounting / tax compliance needs.
Mindy has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mindy and her husband Aric are the proud parents of their two daughters, Katie and Rachel.
Sarah joined our team back in 2012. She is the friendly voice you will likely speak with on the phone. She takes care of client communications, monthly bookkeeping and payroll compliance.
